"Artist Statement"

I may not be the best artist but I love to draw and paint.  I'm not a huge fan of colored pencils though I just cant make it ever turn out right.  I like using charcoal, pen, pencil, ..... It's fun to work with most medias.
I don't know a lot about art history so I don't have a favorite artist yet but I'll start looking.  I I also don't know rely where I get my inspiration so I'll have to think about that more.
I don't have huge plans for my future in art.  I think I'll probably just do it as a hobby through out my life and try to get better.  Who knows maybe some people will like my art and if they do I'll change my plans and have a career in art.  But my plans for now are to become an Accountant.

    i really liked your bug piece that you did over the summer jamie! you had a lot of pen designs in it that was really detailed...- most people didnt include a background but im glad that you did because it works really well! =]
